DU'A AFTER HAVING BAD DREAM
Spit to your left (three times).
Seek refuge in.allah from the devil and from the evil what you have aeen ( three times)
أَعُوذُ بِاللَّهِ مِنَ الشَّيْطَانِ الرَّجِيمِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ هَذِهِ الرُّؤْيَا
A'udhu billahi minash-Shaitaanir-rajiim wamin sharr hadhih alrruya
I seek refuge in Allah from the accursed Satan and from the evil of this vision.
Do not speak about it to anyone. Turn over on your other sides, get up and pray if you desire to do so.
