Du'a Before Sleeping
Hudhaifa (RA) said: Whenever the prophet (SAW) want ti bed he would place his "Right" hand Under his "Right" check and say....
اللهم بسمك أموت وأحيا
Allaãhumma Bismika Amuutu wa Ahyaa.
O Allah in your name, I did and live. (Muslim)
Aisha (RA) narrated:
Every time the Prophet (SAW) retired to his bed, he would hold his palms together blow in them and recite {Suratul Ikhlas, Chapter 112}
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم.
قُلْ هُوَ اللَّهُ أَحَدٌ ( ١) اللَّهُ الصَّمَدُ (٢) لَمْ يَلِدْ وَلَمْ يُولَدْ (٣) وَلَمْ يَكُن لَّهُ كُفُوًا أَحَدٌ (٤)
Suratul Falaq Chapter 113
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم.
قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ ﴿١﴾ مِن شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ ﴿٢﴾ وَمِن شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ ﴿٣﴾ وَمِن شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ ﴿٤﴾وَمِن شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ ﴿٥
and Suratul An-Nas}.

قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ النَّاسِ ﴿١﴾ مَلِكِ النَّاسِ ﴿٢﴾ إِلَهِ النَّاسِ﴿٣﴾ مِن شَرِّ الْوَسْوَاسِ الْخَنَّاسِ ﴿٤﴾ الَّذِي يُوَسْوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ النَّاسِ ﴿٥﴾ مِنَ الْجِنَّةِ وَ النَّاسِ ﴿٦﴾
He will wipe his head ,face and his body as much as he could with his hands, beginning with his head and face and face and then the rest of his body, He would do this three times" (Bukhari & Musulm)
Whoever recites "Ayatul-kursiyy": ( 2:255) until he completes it when he retreats to his bed. Allah will send him a protector and no devil will approach him till he rises in the morning: (Bukhari)
