Aisha reported: When the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, took a ritual bath for major impurity, he began by washing his hands, then he would perform an ablution as if for prayer. Then, he would put his fingers in the water and wash the roots of his hair with them, then he would pour three handfuls of water over his head and pour water all over his body.

Make a Niyyah (Intention)

Say Bismillah
STEP:3
Wash your hands (3 times)
STEP:4
Wash your private parts and any other parts where there may be impurities.

Perform a complete Wudu (Ablution)
At this point, perform wudu as you do for your daily prayers, but remember to exclude your feet, you should delay washing the feet until you finished the bath.

Wash your head.
Use your fingers through your hair and beard (for men) so the water should reach your scalp.
STEP:7
Pour water over the entire body, beginning with the right side then the entire body.
Ensure that on part of the body is left out by water by rubbing the body with your hands.
STEP:8
Move away from area you did the ghusil and wash your right feet and then the left feet.
STEP: 9
When you are done, dry yourself with a clean towel.
