What is Patience in Islam

The Prophet (SAW) said: The believer who mixed with people and bears their annoyance with patience will have a greater reword then the believer who dose not mix with people and does not put up with their annoyance, {Ibn Majah}
Be mindful of allah and be patient as Prophet {PBUH} said: Verily, patience is at the first strike.
{Sahih Al-Bukhari}.

"And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient, Who, when disaster strikes them, say, "Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return." Those are the ones upon whom are blessings from their Lord and mercy. And it is those who are the [rightly] guided." (Quran 2:155-157)

2:155: "And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient,"

2:156: "Who, when disaster strikes them, say, 'Indeed we belong to Allah, and indeed to Him we will return.'"

2:155: "And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient,"

This verse reminds us that life is not always easy, and we will face challenges and hardships that will test our faith and patience. However, it also provides comfort in the knowledge that these trials are ultimately from Allah and that He is with us during our struggles. By remaining patient and steadfast in our faith during difficult times, we can earn blessings and mercy from Allah.

In addition, this verse encourages us to have a positive outlook and trust in Allah's plan for our lives. Instead of becoming disheartened or discouraged by adversity, we should see it as an opportunity to grow in our faith and develop resilience. Ultimately, our trust in Allah and our willingness to persevere through life's challenges will lead us to a path of guidance and blessings.
